As if I didn't have enough projects going with my bathroom redecorating/painting and 3 online classes, I got inspired to make a mini book! I came across these old Basic Grey papers (Aged & Confused) and decided they were perfect for a 50's retro book full of pictures from the house I grew up in from the 50's! The plaid and pink/teal colors reminded me of madras plaid shorts I wore back then. The chipboard letters are old October Afternoon Cupcake I bought on sale recently and painted with pink paint and then barn door distress ink. I'm working on gathering up all the pictures taken at that house and will need to scan and print them--some are on slides. Can't wait to work on it some more!
